Talent Acquisition Specialist – Hybrid, Dublin

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team in Dublin South. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for key business functions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of professional and operational roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview and assess candidates using a variety of techniques.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and promote internal mobility.
• Monitor recruitment metrics against service level agreements and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines, preferably in FMCG, telecom, engineering, construction or manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and the confidence to influence hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet recruitment KPIs.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
