Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Foodhub is expanding rapidly and is looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People team. Reporting to the Global Head of HR, you will manage the full 360° recruitment cycle for a variety of roles across multiple departments and countries, ensuring a high‑quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle: job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and business priorities.
• Source candidates proactively via job boards, LinkedIn, direct headhunting, employee referrals and creative channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth, professional process.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions and confirm start dates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a 360° recruitment role, either in‑house or agency, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑volume environment.
• Genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ambitious, results‑oriented and able to set high personal standards.
• Strong commitment to delivering an excellent, professional service to candidates and hiring managers.
• Resilient, adaptable and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
