Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and the broader HR team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring top talent is attracted, hired, and onboarded while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct outreach.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and interview guidance.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience at every stage.
• Support employer branding initiatives, graduate programmes and recruitment events.
• Keep candidate data up‑to‑date in the ATS and report on key metrics such as time‑to‑hire and cost‑per‑hire.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment with a track record of successful hires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive and detail‑oriented mindset.
