Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely, supporting a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. The position covers full‑cycle recruiting, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, with a focus on efficiency and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates via job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the recruitment system and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding processes and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
