Talent Associate (12‑Month Fixed‑Term) – Dublin

About the role

The Talent Associate will support Generation’s learners as they transition into employment, providing personalised coaching, job‑matching and employer liaison. This 12‑month fixed‑term position is hybrid, based in our Dublin office.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 coaching on CV writing, job search strategies, applications and interview preparation.
• Match graduates to suitable roles based on skills, goals and inclusion needs.
• Prepare learners for interviews, assess readiness and give developmental feedback.
• Promote job opportunities through Generation’s communication channels and track retention outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops on job searching, interview techniques and recruiter engagement.
• Capture and report data on learner progress across technical, employability and job‑search readiness metrics.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for employer partners, organise feedback, case studies and funder evidence.
• Coordinate employability events that connect employers directly with learners and feed insights back to programme development.

Required profile

• Irish resident with full right to work in Ireland.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in recruitment, career guidance or related fields is desirable.

• Annual salary of €34,798.
