Talent Attraction Partner – DACH Region (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner to lead senior sales hiring (levels 4‑8) across the DACH region for a large global organisation. The role combines hands‑on sourcing with data‑driven reporting and market intelligence, supporting a pipeline of 10+ positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for senior sales roles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, leveraging market insights and talent data.
• Produce regular reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Required profile

• In‑house talent acquisition or sourcing experience within a global organisation.
• Proven track record recruiting across the DACH region.
• Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
• Experience in sales recruiting is ideal but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Tableau (or similar data‑visualisation tools).

• Competitive rate up to €40.40 per hour, approximately €84k annual equivalent.
