Talent Attraction Partner – DACH Region

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner to support senior sales hiring across the DACH region for a large global organisation. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model and focuses on sourcing, data analysis, and market intelligence for senior‑level positions (Levels 4‑8).

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for 10+ senior sales roles across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Conduct hands‑on sourcing and candidate engagement using market intelligence.
• Produce data‑driven reports and insights to optimise hiring strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs.

Required profile

• In‑house talent acquisition or sourcing experience within a global organisation.
• Proven track record recruiting for the DACH region.
• Fluency in German is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.

Required skills

• Tableau (or similar data visualisation tools).

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
• Hybrid working model (2 days in Dublin office, 3 days remote).
• Competitive hourly rate up to €40.40 (approximately €84k per annum).
