Talent Attraction Partner – Sales Recruiting

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, insights‑driven Talent Attraction Partner to join our Sales Recruiting team. The role blends hands‑on sourcing and candidate engagement with data analysis, market intelligence, and team enablement to build qualified pipelines for sales positions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, assess and nurture top sales talent across inbound, referrals, internal mobility and outbound channels.
• Conduct structured candidate assessments and manage pipelines in the CRM to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with Talent Delivery Recruiters to submit qualified candidates and support interview, coaching and offer stages.
• Build and maintain competitor and market intelligence, tracking hiring patterns, compensation benchmarks and location trends.
• Deliver actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders.
• Support TA metrics, data hygiene and reporting standards using Excel, Tableau, HRIS and CRM tools.
• Develop and manage dashboards, streamline reporting processes and enable self‑service analytics.
• Assist with branding activations, event reporting and communication to drive pipeline generation.
• Partner with leadership to design enablement sessions, brown‑bag talks and best‑practice sharing.
