Tax Consultant

About the role

As a Tax Consultant you will specialise in R&D and Innovation Tax, managing client tax credit claims and advising on the financial implications of these incentives. You will work closely with technical consultants to draft high‑quality R&D Tax Credit submissions while maintaining autonomy over your client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit R&D Tax Credit claims for a range of clients.
• Provide strategic tax advice on innovation incentives and related financial matters.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers within client organisations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with legislative changes and industry developments.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure accurate claim documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in Irish Corporation Tax.
• Relevant accounting or tax qualifications (ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA) are preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• R&D Tax Credit knowledge.
• Irish Corporation Tax experience.
