Tax Manager – Advisory Focus (Dublin)

About the role

This is a Tax Manager position within a respected boutique Irish tax specialist firm. The role combines advisory work for high‑profile business leaders and high‑net‑worth individuals with the opportunity to develop expertise alongside senior partners.

Key responsibilities

• Cover Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Capital Acquisitions Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT and provide support in related areas.
• Work closely with Partners and Directors to deepen technical knowledge and client service skills.
• Deliver strong client exposure, advising high‑profile business leaders, HNWI and their associated companies.
• Support both new and existing clients in collaboration with Tax Directors and Partners.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified.
• Experience from a Top 10 or Top 20 accounting firm, preferably within Irish taxation.
• Motivated to develop long‑term tax expertise and provide high‑quality advice.

What we offer

• Base salary €76k‑€84k plus bonus.
• Salary review after 6 months.
• Hybrid working model (2‑3 days in office).
• Fast‑track progression to Senior Manager within 9‑12 months.
