Tax Manager – Advisory Focus (Dublin)

About the role

We are seeking a Tax Manager to join a boutique Irish tax specialist firm in central Dublin. The role is advisory‑focused, offering a hybrid work model (2‑3 days in the office) and the opportunity to work closely with Tax Directors and Partners on high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax (CGT), Commercial Activity Tax (CAT), Corporation Tax and VAT returns.
• Provide support in tax areas outside your core speciality as required.
• Collaborate with Partners and Directors to develop tax expertise and deliver high‑quality advice.
• Maintain strong client exposure and build relationships with business leaders and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Required profile

• ACA/ACCA and CTA qualified.
• Experience in a Top 10 or Top 20 accounting firm, preferably within Irish taxation.
• Motivated to develop long‑term tax expertise and deliver best‑in‑class client advice.
