Tax Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Group Tax Director, the Tax Manager will lead the corporate tax compliance function for a global technology‑focused organisation. The role involves coordinating with finance and tax teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the group’s corporate tax compliance obligations and filings.
• Oversee group tax consolidation and tax accounting processes.
• Ensure Pillar Two compliance and prepare Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR).
• Maintain global recharges and transfer pricing documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas entities on tax matters.
• Support M&A tax due diligence, group tax planning and restructuring projects.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) or Chartered Accountant.
• 3‑6 years of experience in corporate tax.
• Exposure to transfer pricing, CbCR or Pillar Two is an advantage.
