About the role
We are looking for a Tax Solicitor to join a top‑tier law firm’s growing tax department. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate transactions and tax advisory work, with a hybrid working model.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on corporate reorganisations, restructurings and inward investment.
- Support mergers, de‑mergers, acquisitions, disposals and IPOs.
- Handle private equity, property transactions and share‑based remuneration schemes.
- Provide guidance on employment taxation, VAT and other indirect taxes.
- Assist with tax disputes and liaise with international tax counsel on cross‑border matters.
Required profile
- 2‑3+ years post‑qualification experience in tax.
- Strong academic background in tax, law, accountancy or a related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative and hard‑working with a keen interest in learning.
