Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an upbeat Team Leader to join our Cavan store and help create a positive, energetic atmosphere for both customers and staff. You will support the Store Manager, keep the team motivated, and ensure every shopper leaves satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and step in as acting manager when required.
• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service and drive commercial performance.
• Motivate and develop team members, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment.
• Monitor store metrics, sales targets and stock levels to ensure smooth running.
• Communicate store initiatives and updates clearly to the team.
