Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving commercial performance in our retail store. You will motivate the team, ensure smooth operations, and step in to lead the store when the manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations and commercial targets.
• Lead by example, delivering high‑quality customer service and embodying the Cardfactory Way.
• Motivate and develop team members, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Monitor store performance metrics and take action to improve sales and efficiency.
• Maintain effective communication across the team and ensure store initiatives are executed.
• Take full responsibility for store management in the Store Manager’s absence.
