Team Leader – Mullingar Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our Mullingar store. In this role you will oversee daily operations, support a team of baristas and front‑of‑house staff, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience. The position is designed as a development pathway toward store management or regional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of staff during each shift, ensuring standards of service and product quality.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling and inventory control.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance against targets and report insights to senior management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in line with company policies.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
