About the role

As a Team Leader at Costa Coffee, you will gain essential leadership experience while supporting daily store operations. This position is designed as a stepping‑stone for individuals who aspire to manage their own store or progress to regional responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of baristas to deliver high‑quality coffee and service.
• Ensure store standards for cleanliness, product presentation, and health & safety are consistently met.
• Handle cash and inventory controls, opening and closing procedures.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and on‑the‑job training to develop team members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
