Team Leader / Supervisor – Retail

About the role

This is a stepping‑stone position designed to develop essential leadership skills in a vibrant coffee shop environment. As a Team Leader you will gain hands‑on experience, receive coaching from experienced managers and have a clear pathway toward store management or regional roles.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the on‑shift team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain product quality, store cleanliness and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Manage cash handling, opening and closing procedures and stock replenishment.
• Coach team members, provide feedback and help develop their skills.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Passion for coffee and delivering a people‑first experience.
• Strong desire to grow into a management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Reliability, punctuality and a proactive attitude.
