About the role

Join Sprout’s vibrant restaurant team in Monkstown as a Team Member. You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes guests, supports smooth operations, and helps deliver high‑quality food in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, ingredient handling and service line setup.
• Provide warm, attentive hospitality to every customer.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Operate the till, assemble toppings and mix drinks as needed.
• Follow checklists to ensure dishes meet presentation and taste standards.
• Support food‑safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Friendly, energetic and eager to create positive guest experiences.
• Polite, respectful and willing to help teammates.
• Reliable, punctual and motivated to perform any task.

Required skills
