Team Supervisor – Pathology & Radiology Services

About the role

The Supervisor will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering pathology, radiology, radi‑oncology and neurosurgery services. The role focuses on achieving daily targets, ensuring high‑quality client interactions and maintaining smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end processes for pathology, radiology, radi‑oncology and neurosurgery clients, maintaining strong communication with third‑party partners.
• Direct daily team activities, provide clear instructions, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company SLAs.
• Conduct quality checks, update SOPs, and manage client issues, complaints, onboarding, and meetings.
• Lead regular team briefings, track performance metrics, and address any performance gaps.
• Plan and deliver training for new starters, aligning with team and company KPIs.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability and quick learning of new processes.
• Excellent communication skills for client and hospital liaison.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Leadership capability to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, reporting and presentation.
