Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Daon is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the coordination of multiple engineering teams for its TrustX SaaS platform. You will act as the bridge between technical, customer‑facing, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth, reliable releases and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering management, product, project managers and team leads to track release progress across development, testing, staging and production.
• Plan and respond to changes, removing blockers and escalating issues when necessary.
• Own the release process, prioritize quality‑control activities, participate in bug scrubs and serve as the single point of contact for the QC lead.
• Manage P1 incident response, drive post‑incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Provide delivery support to pre‑sales and professional services teams, ensuring the platform meets customer scenarios and performance expectations.

Required profile

• Strong technical problem‑solving ability with a solid understanding of front‑end, back‑end, mobile and cloud components.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in SaaS environments and managing complex release cycles.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and drive resolution of high‑priority incidents.
