Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

As the Technical Delivery Manager for Daon's TrustX SaaS platform, you will coordinate multiple engineering teams to ensure smooth, reliable product delivery from development through production. The role is highly technical, requiring a deep understanding of front‑end, back‑end, mobile and cloud components, but does not involve hands‑on coding.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering management, product, project managers and team leads to track releases across dev, QA, staging and production environments.
• Plan for change, remove blockers, own issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
• Manage the release process, prioritize quality‑control activities, participate in bug scrubs and act as the single point of contact for the QC lead.
• Participate in P1 incident management and drive post‑incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Partner with Pre‑Sales and Professional Services to validate customer use cases, performance needs and configuration requirements.
• Liaise with Support to feed operational learnings back to engineering and drive root‑cause resolution for recurring issues.

Required profile

• 7+ years delivering enterprise‑class software products with complex, multi‑team releases.
• Strong technical fluency across modern SaaS stacks and ability to discuss trade‑offs across front‑end, back‑end, mobile, QA and DevOps.
• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
