Technical Manager – Architectural Studio

About the role

This senior Technical Manager role sits within a well‑established architectural studio in North Dublin. You will work closely with the design teams to resolve on‑site technical challenges, provide expert input on specifications and detailing, and ensure projects meet Irish building regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues on construction sites and support the architectural teams.
• Develop and review detailed specifications and construction drawings.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations across all project phases.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large‑scale residential, commercial, data‑centre and hospitality projects.
• Maintain and optimise Revit models and related documentation.

Required profile

• Hands‑on site experience in construction.
• Strong specification writing ability.
• Solid working knowledge of Irish building regulations.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale projects.
• Background in architecture, construction or related fields.

Required skills

• Revit (expert level).
