Technical Recruiter – EMEA (Dublin)

About the role

As a member of a high‑performing EMEA recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and engaging top technical talent across the UK, Spain and Germany. The role is centred on proactive sourcing, managing the full candidate journey and delivering a high‑touch experience from outreach to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using diverse techniques beyond job postings.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for EMEA markets.
• Engage and guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.
• Re‑engage passive candidates and nurture long‑term relationships.
• Conduct interviews, reference checks and support offer management.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation and exit interview processes.
• Maintain accurate records in internal recruitment systems.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to meet technical hiring needs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in‑house).
• Strong proactive sourcing capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Passion for candidate care and relationship building.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Bullhorn).
• Recruitment tools for sourcing and engagement.

What we offer

• 12‑month contract based in Dublin (Ballsbridge).
• Salary €45,000 per year.
• Flexible working hours with onsite presence.
