Technical Recruiter (Hybrid, 6‑month Contract)

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑centric Talent Delivery Recruiter to join our Dublin team on a 6‑month hybrid contract. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for interns, apprentices and graduates, working closely with Talent Attraction, hiring managers and Centre of Excellence leads to secure top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internship, apprenticeship and graduate programmes, from sourcing to offer.
- Coach and guide candidates and hiring managers through interview stages, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with Talent Attraction to align talent pipelines with business objectives and strategic hiring goals.
- Track and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and quarterly hiring targets.
- Collaborate with Centre of Excellence leads to optimise selection criteria and assessment processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience in KPI and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
