Technical Recruiter – IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fulcrum Digital is seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to join its growing talent acquisition team in Dublin. You will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top‑tier technology professionals across a range of specialties, helping clients in banking, education, retail, manufacturing and more to build high‑performing engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and technology positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and innovative sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
• Screen candidates, conduct initial assessments, coordinate interviews and negotiate offers.
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring effectiveness.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience recruiting IT/technology professionals.
• Strong understanding of the technology hiring landscape and market trends.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
