Technician, Production Operations (G3, Night shift)

About the role

Join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a Production Operations Technician on the night shift. You will work in a fast‑paced fill‑pack environment, operating and maintaining automated and semi‑automated equipment to ensure continuous production of diagnostic kits.

Key responsibilities

• Operate equipment after completing required training.
• Maintain machines in optimal condition and perform routine cleaning.
• Fill, label, pack, and inspect kits and vials according to standard procedures.
• Prepare packing components and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Quality System Regulations.
• Maintain neat, accurate records, logs, and documents.
• Adhere to departmental housekeeping, dress code, and environmental rules.

Required profile

• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (midnight‑8 am, Friday 10 pm‑5 am).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with GMP.
• Attention to detail and strong record‑keeping habits.
• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to adapt to process changes.
