Technology Innovation Lead

About the role

The Technology Innovation Lead will act as the bridge between product strategy, innovation and technical delivery, ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, high‑quality solutions. Based in our new Cork office, the role combines product thinking, stakeholder alignment, hands‑on technical oversight and thought leadership to drive AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Define product requirements, maintain the backlog and shape the product roadmap.
• Align business objectives, innovation initiatives and technical delivery across cross‑functional teams.
• Provide technical leadership, write code or AI configurations when needed, and mentor junior staff.
• Influence product direction, make technical decisions and champion the adoption of AI‑enabled features.
• Support the expansion of the organisation’s global footprint through innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product, delivery or engineering leadership roles.
• Proven ability to build scalable solutions and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Consulting experience is advantageous.
• Relevant IT or Engineering degree.
• Demonstrated exposure to AI and data concepts with practical application.
