Telesales & Customer Service Representative (Hybrid, Dublin)

About the role

Covalen is seeking a motivated Telesales & Customer Service Representative to join its Dublin team. Working hybrid, you will deliver a blend of sales, support and administrative services to existing and prospective customers, ensuring a high‑quality experience aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and web‑chats efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and confidence.
• Follow established processes to maintain consistent performance and meet SLA targets.
• Analyse moderately complex information and unusual situations using appropriate techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve individual and team goals.
• Perform additional administrative tasks such as mail handling and data entry as required.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to plan calls, understand customer needs and handle objections.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage time and priorities effectively.
