Telesales Operator – Customer Service (Hybrid)

About the role

BWG Foods is seeking a motivated Telesales Operator to join its Value Centre on Little Island, Cork. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling sales orders and promoting products while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input sales orders into the computer system.
• Promote sales by providing product information and up‑to‑date availability.
• Deliver excellent customer service through friendly telephone etiquette.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product range.
• Meet daily and weekly sales targets and deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly disposition with a professional telephone manner.
• Self‑motivated, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in retail, foodservice, sales or customer service is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
