Telesales Operator – Full‑time Hybrid Role

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Operator to join our Value Centre Little Island branch in Cork. The role is permanent, full‑time and offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to split your time between the office and remote work. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and promoting our product range.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for customers.
- Accurately input sales orders into the computer system.
- Promote additional products and upsell where appropriate.
- Provide up‑to‑date information on product availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Excellent interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Good numerical ability and friendly disposition.
- Self‑motivated with the capacity to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant experience in retail, foodservice, sales or customer service is an advantage.
