Territory & Account Manager – Munster, Ireland

About the role

Bimeda is seeking a Territory Manager/Account Manager to grow its presence in the Munster region of Ireland. You will work with prescribers, retailers and key decision‑makers across the veterinary and agricultural trade sectors, driving sales growth and market penetration.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets for the assigned territory and designated key accounts.
• Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM daily, meeting activity targets for customer contacts.
• Develop and review quarterly business plans with A and B customers.
• Plan and execute efficient call schedules to maximise territory coverage.
• Analyse sales data and CRM reports to monitor account and territory performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign design and gather product testimonials.
• Report pharmacovigilance issues within 24 hours using the appropriate forms.
• Deliver CPD training via Microsoft Teams or in‑person.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage seasonal campaigns to meet stock and sales goals.
• Monitor debt management and build relationships with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage key accounts.
• Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within the Munster area and attend industry events.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM proficiency.
