About the role
Amazon Leo is building a global broadband network using low‑Earth‑orbit satellites. As a Tier 2 Technical Care Associate you will provide advanced technical assistance to Amazon Leo customers, ensuring fast, reliable connectivity and a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage escalations from Tier 1 support via phone, email and chat.
- Deliver detailed technical troubleshooting and resolutions while maintaining account security.
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document steps and solutions in clear, repeatable formats.
- Identify trends in customer problems and suggest process improvements.
- Contribute to knowledge‑base articles and team documentation.
- Stay up‑to‑date with new Amazon Leo products and features.
Required profile
- Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate professionally in German, French and English.
- Adaptable, quick learner, critical thinker who can handle ambiguity and change.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays.
- Eligibility to access export‑controlled information as required.
