Timber Frame Designer – Lough

About the role
We are seeking a Timber Frame Designer to join a leading Irish construction company based in Lough. The role is permanent and supports the company’s growth plans by delivering design solutions for a variety of timber‑frame projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design timber‑frame structures ranging from small bespoke self‑builds to large plot schemes of up to 700 units.
- Produce detailed design documentation that meets client and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
- Manage design workload to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Timber Frame Designer or in a similar design role.
- Proven ability to design timber‑frame structures of varying size and complexity.
