About the role
Join Specsavers as a Trainee Optical Assistant and start your career in a friendly, customer‑focused environment. You will receive comprehensive training and support from experienced opticians and technicians while helping customers with their eye care needs.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming customers into the store
- Booking eye tests
- Pre‑screening patients
- Providing style advice
- Measuring frames
- Handling phone calls
Required profile
- Enthusiastic and caring attitude towards customers
- Willingness to learn and develop in an optical environment
- Ability to work full‑time, including weekends and late evenings
Required skills
- Basic customer service skills
