About the role

Archer is offering an intensive 12‑month trainee recruiter programme that transforms professionals with 2+ years of experience into expert IT recruitment advisors. You will work with Ireland’s leading pharma, medtech and financial firms, receiving world‑class coaching and a clear promotion roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in Archer’s structured recruitment training academy and apply learned techniques as an IT recruitment advisor.
• Engage with client organisations in pharma, medtech and financial sectors to understand their hiring needs.
• Support the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, under the guidance of senior mentors.

Required profile

• 2‑3+ years of experience in any professional field.
• Highly motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• EU passport or Stamp 4 visa; willing to be based in Dublin.
• Available for office‑based work Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 6:00 pm.
