Training & Implementation Executive – Hospitality SaaS

About the role

Alkimii is looking for a Training & Implementation Executive to guide new hospitality customers through the onboarding journey of its SaaS platform. You will help hotels adopt the system, ensuring they can manage people and property operations efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation of the Alkimii platform for new customers across Ireland and the UK.
• Work closely with customers to understand their operational processes and configure the system accordingly.
• Deliver online and on‑site training sessions to teach teams how to use the platform.
• Assist with onboarding activities, including preparation, configuration, and post‑implementation follow‑up.
• Provide early‑stage support to ensure a smooth transition and high adoption rates.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to relay feedback and improve the onboarding experience.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality operations, management or education.
• Passion for helping people learn and adopt new tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Curious, proactive and eager to grow within a SaaS environment.

• Strong computer and technical proficiency.
