Training Specialist – Digital Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe maximize the value of our innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging online and in‑person training sessions, create learning resources, and support customer adoption while working remotely in a collaborative, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars, and product demos to clients, ensuring effective adoption and long‑term usage.
• Create, update, and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos, and other learning materials.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support to align training with regional business priorities.
• Collect customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues to share best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services in public, government, or corporate settings.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong technical aptitude, self‑motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive, goal‑oriented approach.
• Based in Italy and willing to travel for on‑site training and events.
