About the role
We are seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver role‑based learning solutions that support our global process, system, AI and digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Change Management and Training, you will work closely with the Training Lead, Change Management Lead and process teams to build confidence in new ways of working.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop enablement materials such as e‑learning modules, job aids, workflow guides and facilitator guides aligned to approved business processes.
- Plan and coordinate learning interventions, including scheduling, logistics, communications and learner administration for virtual and instructor‑led sessions.
- Conduct training needs analysis together with process teams and the Training Lead to identify role‑based learning needs.
- Support super‑user onboarding by preparing materials, communications and learning support activities.
- Contribute to readiness and adoption activities by tracking training metrics, monitoring adoption and recommending improvement actions.
- Collaborate with process teams and subject‑matter experts to create practical learning content and ensure alignment with transformation initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience designing and delivering role‑based learning solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with global audiences.
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple learning projects in a fast‑moving, multicultural environment.
