Transformation Director – Global Brand (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Transformation Director to lead enterprise‑wide business and operating model transformation programmes for a global brand. This 12‑month contract role is based in Dublin with a hybrid work arrangement and reports directly to senior C‑suite stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programmes from strategy definition through execution and adoption.
• Partner with C‑suite leaders to set transformation objectives, design operating models and define measurable business outcomes.
• Develop and implement change strategies that build organisational readiness, adoption and capability.
• Drive business process optimisation, organisational design and operating‑model redesign initiatives.
• Establish governance frameworks, programme structures and delivery road‑maps.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication across complex, matrixed organisations.
• Build and lead high‑performing, cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable results.
• Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities to ensure successful delivery.

Required profile

• 15+ years delivering complex business transformation programmes.
• Strong background in a leading consulting firm or large enterprise environment.
• Proven experience across strategy, operations, organisational transformation and change management.
• Extensive experience influencing senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise‑wide operating‑model programmes.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills.
