Transformation Engineer

About the role

Learnosity is building an Enterprise Transformation capability to redesign how work gets done across the company. As one of the first engineering hires, you will help shape AI adoption and automation across functions such as Finance, People, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, automations, integrations, RAG systems, internal copilots, and agentic workflows tailored to each business function.
• Collaborate with the BizOps and Transformation teams to understand business problems before building solutions.
• Lead change‑management and adoption activities, partnering with COPO and BizOps on stakeholder calls.
• Rotate across business units, embedding deeply where needed or working on shared cross‑functional challenges.
• Stay current with emerging AI tools and techniques, experiment with new approaches, and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Strong engineering fundamentals with a proven ability to build production‑ready software.
• Solid understanding of how businesses operate and an instinct for creating solutions that stick.
• Ability to translate messy business problems into clear technical specifications.
• Comfort working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments and handling stakeholder communication.
