Transformation Strategy Director - Change Management Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Transformation Strategy Director to lead change management initiatives across a global financial services organisation. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, ensuring that transformation programmes are embraced by people at all levels and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with organisational objectives and considers impact on people.
• Design, execute and continuously improve change plans for global programmes, monitoring adoption and effectiveness.
• Coach senior leadership teams on leading through change and building change‑ready cultures.
• Assess organisational readiness, awareness and willingness to change, and recommend interventions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate progress and benefits.
• Define success metrics, evaluate impact on business areas and report on transformation effectiveness.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale global organisations, preferably within financial services.
• Proven track record of implementing change management processes and leading strategic transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of how people experience change and ability to drive adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
