Travel Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Travel Operations Specialist to join our globally distributed operations team. Based in Ireland and working fully remotely, you will ensure seamless travel experiences for colleagues attending international meetings and industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for employees and guests worldwide.
• Respond to travel‑related inquiries, resolve issues, and advise on policies.
• Collaborate with internal business services to plan and execute corporate events and travel logistics.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors, monitor service levels and performance.
• Review travel invoices, process payments, refunds, credits and track unused tickets.
• Monitor travel spend, policy compliance, sustainability metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records of travel credits, airline loyalty points and produce operational reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical discipline or related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work across international teams.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Analytical mindset with quick learning ability for new systems and software.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to four times per year.
