UI Designer - AI Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a UI Designer to create intuitive, elegant, and high‑performing interfaces for our AI‑driven financial products. You will focus on visual quality, interaction details, and usability, working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver mobile‑first experiences that simplify complex financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Design polished, user‑centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations.
• Iterate designs using user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across devices and platforms.
• Contribute to improving overall product usability, interaction patterns, and visual language.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, especially mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• Good understanding of mobile‑first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
• Solid grasp of UX principles, information architecture, and user‑centred design.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
• High attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
• Portfolio is required; applications without one will not be considered.
