UI/UX Designer

About the role

Join Zurich Cover-More’s European team in Dublin as a UI/UX Designer, shaping digital experiences for a leading travel insurance brand. You will work across the product lifecycle, turning business goals and user insights into intuitive, high‑quality designs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and occasionally lead the design process for new and existing features, from ideation to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity mock‑ups that clearly communicate design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing executives, IT, customer care, compliance and external clients to iterate on designs and ensure smooth implementation.
• Conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing and experimentation, to inform and validate design decisions.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering skill development and best‑practice adoption.
• Stay current with industry trends, continuously refining design processes and advocating for a user‑centric culture.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of user‑centered design principles and ability to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for staying up‑to‑date on design trends and best practices.
