About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive prospecting and cold‑calling activities. The role offers uncapped commission, monthly payouts and a clear path to earn a competitive base salary plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calls to generate new leads.
  • Qualify prospects and hand them over to the sales team.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an SDR, call‑centre agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong hustle, “let’s go” attitude and genuine ambition to earn.
  • EU passport or Stamp 4 visa.

    What we offer

    • Full training with a transparent commission structure.
    • Monthly payouts to keep earnings in sync with performance.
    • Base salary + commission: €45 k in Year 1 (average performance) and €75 k in Year 2.
    • Uncapped commission with no earnings ceiling.
