UX Designer & Product Design Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative and strategic UX Designer who will also lead our product design efforts. In this dual role you will shape the user experience of our software portfolio while owning the corporate design and visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the end‑to‑end user experience of our software products, from concept through implementation.
• Create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, turning insights into actionable design improvements.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and senior leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Gather, evaluate and prioritize requirements, contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning.
• Maintain a consistent experience across all products and develop a scalable design system with clear guidelines.
• Drive the corporate design, brand identity and visual communication for digital products, marketing assets and internal materials.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, users and the development team.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered digital products.
• Hands‑on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good understanding of agile product development and product management processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Self‑driven, structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
