UX/UI Designer – Dublin

About the role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape digital experiences for a leading financial services organisation undergoing a digital transformation. The role focuses on creating innovative platforms for a new affluent customer segment on a greenfield programme.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end user experiences for web and mobile platforms from concept to delivery.
• Translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, customer‑focused journeys.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams in an Azure‑based environment.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and high‑fidelity UI designs that meet accessibility and regulatory standards.
• Contribute to a scalable design system and champion user‑centred design across the programme.

Required profile

• Proven UX/UI Designer experience delivering complex digital products.
• Experience in Financial Services, preferably with payments, wealth management or fintech exposure.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, interaction design and polished UI execution.
• Comfortable working on greenfield or large‑scale transformation programmes.
