UX/UI Designer – Product Experience & AI Integration

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to shape high‑leverage product experiences across our portfolio. You will work from early concepts to polished delivery, leveraging AI tools to accelerate design and prototype development while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Design exceptional UI and UX, from initial sketches to final polished screens, ensuring intuitive and delightful experiences.
• Use large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to clarify intent, draft specs, identify risks, and align quickly with the team.
• Prototype and build with AI‑assisted tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, turning concepts into interactive prototypes and production‑ready frontend code.
• Co‑create with product managers and engineers from day one, defining UX requirements early and staying involved through QA and release.
• Validate designs by talking directly with customers, running quick tests, and measuring funnels, retention, and adoption.
• Identify high‑leverage backlog items, align stakeholders, and deliver fast improvements that unlock business value.
