UX/UI Product Designer

About the role

Semperis is looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join its Dublin team. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to shape the next generation of security and identity solutions, delivering intuitive, high‑impact experiences for B2B SaaS customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product design for key features within a strategic domain, from research to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and conduct user research.
• Collaborate with product managers and support engineering during development.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system in Figma, building reusable components and clear documentation.
• Own the digital adoption tool, designing in‑app guidance flows such as walkthroughs and announcements.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX product designer in B2B/SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS product work.
• Pixel‑perfect attention to detail and high‑level written and spoken English.
• Ability to work autonomously in an agile setting and meet deadlines.
• Team‑player mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables)
• Design system creation and maintenance
• Experience with user research (advantage)
